He combines his ownership and brokerage expertise with his extensive network of local broker contacts to position properties and portfolios for the best possible outcomes, whether through sale-and-exchange, repositioning, or optimization.
Len has spent his 37-year legal career representing real estate investors, property owners, landlords, and his own family’s portfolio in both transactional and litigation settings. Len provides legal guidance on sales, acquisitions, and all aspects of related due diligence, including title, boundaries, easements, CC&Rs, construction disputes and defects, land use, municipal law, landlord-tenant issues, evictions, and even tree disputes.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in brokerage, development, finance, and private equity, and has spent the last decade building connections, expertise, and strategies centered on 1031 exchanges. Jeff leverages his experience as a former executive of a large, nationwide private equity real estate firm. In this role, he managed the CEO’s strategic plan, ensuring a strong collaborative work environment, oversaw revenue generation, training, and day-to-day operations.
Mike has over 40 years of professional experience, including 17 in real estate. He is known for asking tough questions and finding solutions in sensitive settings. He has structured complex deals and guided clients through facility and workplace challenges. His judgment and problem-solving skills help clients reach their financial and operational goals.
Dirk has over 30 years of experience in strategic communications, enhancing and protecting reputation, and driving impact and growth for leading and emerging organizations in transformational environments. His work has been internationally recognized with awards for campaign strategy, creativity, effectiveness, and brand leadership. Dirk offers executive counsel for communication planning and issue management.
